so my girls shared a sac which meant nothing was dividing them apart like normal. This let their cords get knotted together super early on and as they grew and got bigger it eventually cut off their oxygen. It is an extremely rare type of pregnancy and was unavoidable in this case :( they were otherwise perfectly healthy babies tho!
