like girl idgaf if your parents will judge you for going to the gyno, you are an ADULT who got it put in in the first place. it is your responsibility to take care of it AT THE DOCTOR if it's causing you issues

this. i was on the birth control shot and i asked my doctors if i could quit cold turkey/if i needed an appointment to do so. it’s not that hard 😭
