I should be fucking illegal to not inform someone they didn’t get the job or are not moving forward in the interview process I’m so sick on getting ghosted by employers it’s driving me nuts

I’ve been there and I understand they should send something out if there is less than 20 people applying to the position. But for jobs that get over hundreds of applicants I couldn’t imagine having to let all of them except a few know they were rejected.

Sometimes they also do that because they don’t actually plan to hire externally, they just wanna collect resumé data so they know what the hiring market looks like. Corporations are just scummy 😭

Huge shout out to the job I applied for emailing me a week after I applied to tell me the date that they will contact people on to let them know if they are moving to interviews on or not 🥳

No cause why did I apply for a job back in NOVEMBER, just for me to get another job offer, I accepted it and then that first job texted me and asked if I’m still interested 😐
