south korea is straight up a socioeconomic parasite that’s blighting the dprk but people are too busy jerking themselves off to propaganda like there being only 28 approved haircuts or frogs went extinct from hunting during famine

Have you looked into it using non US gov backed sources? Obv it’s not cartoonishly evil like the DPRK is portrayed with the mandated haircuts and hamburger ban but sk is def closer to that “authoritarian” stereotypical image than the DPRK is. Ppl in the south are imprisoned if they say anything positive about the north. Look up their national security act. It also still is functionally an American military outpost
