It doesn’t matter how close you were with someone as long as you knew them. Death is a big thing to process and handle and it’s hard and there is no right way or wrong way to grieve. I’m sorry for your loss

Worst part is I thought she was alive, for months. I just thought she was inactive until I was doomscrolling one night in early November. probably would have gotten everything done last week if I hadn’t found out this way. Everyones finishing their exams meanwhile Im horrifically behind

Oh I’m so sorry hun, I would talk with your professors about getting an extension on exams, sometimes it feels easier to grieve when we don’t have anything else to worry about. I don’t know how your professors do it but my professors allow for extensions if you provide an obituary, I would go to their office hours and talk in person to explain your situation. I hope things look better for you

Ive gotten extensions thankfully but it’s still super shameful. The thing that sucks is the obituary is from monthsss ago bc I only found out two weeks ago LMAO🤣🤣 Thank you for your compassion and care 🩷🩷🩷
