It’s not just birth control though, it’s used for several reasons like painful periods and hormone issues so not including it is disregarding the fact that birth controls are not just -birth control- it’s a nickname for medications that are multifunctional

The issue is that with this legal precedent you could force Muslim companies to give pig insulin, or Hindu to use medicine with cow gelatin capsules
