a fetus is a parasite, it lives off the host and if the host died it would die. it seems dehumanizing, but the fetus is not alive if it cannot survive on its own, granted with medical help. there are 25 week old babies, those premies are able to survive, for the most part, outside of the womb. the time until you can’t get an abortion, it wouldn’t survive even with medical help. it mostly is a clump of tissue still not formed into something that even resembles a baby.
