im like 80% sure i have vaginismus. i tried sex with my bf 2x it fit but felt like we were hitting a wall. i never use tampons because it’s uncomfortable & wont fit. this is embarrassing for me to admit but does anyone relate? if so how do you overcome it

So I’m still a virgin but I don’t know if it’s because of fear but I’m having trouble putting my finger down there 😭 this is a bit embarrassing for me to talk about. Have you tried warming yourself up and having a finger down there instead?

i have and it does work but i still feel like im hitting a wall it’s uncomfortable at times. i tense up a lot and i read an article that said that does make it harder so maybe its that as well
