PMDD girls…did going on the pill help your symptoms? My doctor and I are talking about it but I’m scared. A pill I was on before actually made my mood worse. :/ but antidepressants alone aren’t enough.

I’m on the pill (Junel Fe) and it fixed nearly all my symptoms including my mood

Yaz is the only approved BC for PMDD as far as I know. It did not help me.
