This is actually just factually incorrect. Most deer hit in the fall are bucks because it’s rutting season.

You can look it up yourself but it’s usually just the males searching for females that causes it more (besides it getting dark faster). It is true that the males sometimes chase the females into the road during rut season, but majority of vehicle collisions are statistically male deer/ bucks.
