If you have TikTok you should look up “unleased boyfriend” it might give you a better explanation but essentially a lot of people (women and men) are talking about the situation of some women having their own place and being the only person on the lease but constantly having their boyfriend over that he’s basically living there but the boyfriend is consistently bothering people, disrespectful towards other residents and staff, causing a disturbance, etc. and how that oftentimes can get the woman

OH YES. I figured that’s what this was about. MY GOD. I see this everywhere. It’s also almost never allowed in the lease (to have another person live there)

Like my lease says if someone is staying more often than not in x amount of days then they have to pay rent 💀

removed from the building because it’s the only way to get him to leave. It’s more or less another conversation about women losing something because of babying their boyfriends and how it’s weird all around

Exactly 😭 and they still choose to do this and wonder why a problem comes up, just add him to the lease or tell him to leave

Nah just break up with him cause who wants to date someone that disrespectful? Me and my bf are long distance so he’ll come for like 5-8 days at a time, but he’s respectful and kind so my apartment doesn’t care… I don’t understand how people can stand someone so rude like that
