I don’t have the money for Pilates — but last year where I’m at it reached a real feel of 110 with heat and humidity on a clear day. I ran 3 miles and somehow dropped more time. Idk the heat really made it different like. I loved it. I survived mainly im OUT there ALONE like way out. But idk it was so intense it was kinda like runners high
Honestly if you’re worried about it being too hot, try a hot yoga class first. I signed up for class pass with my friends and we got 10 free classes, you just had to go to a new place for those 10 free classes. We did hot Pilates first and I felt like I was going to pass out and had to sit a decent amount of it because I was so out of shape. That same week we tried hot yoga and honestly I think doing that first is a good intro to the heat but more stretching (which I personally enjoy) and slower
I also recommend signing up for a more lowkey and small place, I’ve found some of the chains and name brands are more intense for their Pilates which is good for some people but definitely not beginners. I didn’t feel judged when I was sitting in my first class because it was such a small studio and she kept saying go at your own pace and take breaks and water when needed
