Just got diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS. I’m in pain all the time, not even just during cycles. Does anyone have any tips, or advice. Any foods to avoid, or eat. Thank you!🦋✨

i’ve been adding more anti inflammatory foods / meals to my diet, yoga / pelvic floor exercises, i have a lot of balms & oils, and i do like the cooling honeypot pads ngl🫩

I’m sorry for asking but what do you do with the oil? Just rub your stomach? Or incorporate it to food

i have so many different products i got somedays’ cramp cream from a friend, castor oil, blume cloud 9, and i got it from a farmers market when i was visiting south dakota but it’s strange makes- purple grass balm , it smells a lil funky but works with cramps & i have hip pains so it helps with that too
