I did dry January the year before last and still havnt drank and never even want to. To put in perspective before that I was getting black out every week for years. You got this :)

I was sober for a year from nov 2023-2024. A little over 370 days. I was so proud of myself, my goal was a year. Sometimes it’s just good to have detoxes. I’m so proud you! Keep going!
