That’s what I keep telling myself!! Twilight was basically in private studies/college age when she was sent to Ponyville and all the other ponies had stable jobs by the time they met It’s actually one of the few animated friendship-focused shows that focus on adult characters and I love it 💜

Exactly like I get why equestria girls is set in HS bc money but yea they’re all YA and even when they’re all older by the finale they’re still friends even tho different paths n stuff
