I have POTS so I’m heat sensitive. Like warm temperatures.. my roommate is from a hot country. So I came back from the gym and it’s 74 on heat when it’s 65 outside… I have to go home to cool off on the weekends

Ya it’s pretty bad and I room it hot too.. when it’s freezing it was 78 😭😭😭

Girl that’s HOT you have to say something and honestly it’s better to keep a room colder than hotter because you can always add layers and blankets
