take them to the bird sanctuary to look at the vultures. tells me a lot about them depending on if they see their important role or not

oh i also tell them im hard of hearing before the date (true) and test their reaction. good ones find places that are quiet and i can hear them better

But go to an obsolete place, one that takes a bit to travel to. If they complain about the long drive, or the walking (bc they’re walking intense places) it lets me know if they’re a fit or not
