The patch is only effective during the patch-free week if you’ve worn it for at least 3 consecutive weeks prior. You need to follow the routine regardless of bleeding. Take Plan B (1.5mg levonorgestrel) asap and put your patch back on. Avoid EllaOne, as it will cancel out your patch and vice versa.
