okay i need someones thoughts on this. im neurodivergent (adhd) and i swear to god whenever im in a ND circle i ALWAYS piss an autistic person just by existing and i don’t know why i innately seem to clash but it makes me sad

i’m audhd and i’ve found that i cant be around ppl with certain neurodivergent traits, moreso than my nt peers. so it’s probably a them thing and not a you thing!

as a fellow adhd person i do too. i can be a little clueless about social cues and in my experience, the autistic people tend to be very very concious of social cues and grade me on it. i also talk a lot when i get nervous which i guess is considered rude? i don’t know

i don’t have trouble reading most social cues or energy so i wonder if its just that disconnect??? i dont know but it’s super uncomfortable.
