One thing that some businesses do wrong is when you apply for a job within commuting distance that’s workable. And they go “well, you’ll have to train at this other location because they get more customers” why? Doesn’t make any sense
As someone who worked at a local restaurant which had other locations and ours wasn’t as popular we were still able to train employees. And baristas had a “barista Bible” to look at if we got stumped. Have a problem? Get the manager.

If I am wanting to work at YOUR location why am I training under a different locations environment? Different locations do different things
“That’s our training hub” that’s stupid if I’m just here to flip burgers or make smoothies. Especially if you’re slow
