ok so hear me out. i’m in nursing school so i take 8wk classes, divided by semester i’ll be taking 11 credit hours per 8 weeks (16 total), do i add in one more class for a 14 credit hours per 8 wks (19 CH total)?

It would put less stress on future semesters (I’m going to have to take 16-19 credit hours per semester going forward, so adding on another class would knock that down to like 14-16 credit hours per semester)

if you know you can do it, add it, but if you’re easily overwhelmed or stressed maybe not

Divided by 8 weeks it’s 11hrs / 8 wks. 16 credits total. 2 classes are the full 16 weeks, and 2 are 8wks. If I added on another class it would be another 16 weeks, 3 credit hours, for a total of 19 credit hours, 14 credit hours per 8 weeks. I hope this makes sense

Ok well seeing this… it might be beneficial to hit it hard. Nursing school can also be absolutely brutal so depending on what classes you’ll have at the time you could maybe do more

It’s going to be a LOT more going forward. This fall I’ll be taking two 8wk courses (2 clinical rotations), and that’ll be the “norm” going forward for the next 2 years. I’m taking 2 coreqs on top of this, and going forward alongside the next 2 years I’ll need to take 2-3 coreqs alongside 2 clinical rotations. So it’ll be about the same going forward but potentially less. My “sr” year, I’ll need to gain experience in unpaid internships (zero part time work hours most likely)

I know it’d be a lot, but idk, during school I’m not super overwhelmed because it’s borderline a constant state of stress lmfaoo it’s unfortunate but it’s real

Ie, three 16 week classes, and two 8 week classes. The three are 3 credit hours, and the two are 5 credit hours apiece

I knowww. I would likely just take another easy art credit because I need I think one more art credit, maybe another diversity credit, and that would be basically all of my arts/humanities, so I wouldn’t have to take anymore going forward
