Quitting cold turkey was the only thing that actually worked for me. I ate soooo many sour gummy worms bc it replaced the hand to mouth action for a few days. Also played with fidget toys and drank a ton of water. Within 2 weeks I wasn’t even thinking about it anymore

I’m thinking about getting those like fake vape things that don’t actually have any air in them and then just sucking on that throughout the day

It’s not necessarily a scam, it’s sort of shaped like a vape but there’s nothing inside on purpose except like a flavor packet so when u suck it you taste something and you still get an oral fixation but you’re not inhaling any chemicals

Plus it doesn’t expire, there’s no coils to get burnt it’s not an electric device
