Ladies I need real talk. I’m skinny but I have an upper stomach. Like B-shaped. How do I tone/get rid of the top part of my stomach? No matter what I do, it won’t go away so I need brutally honest tips

Same it was easier for me when I was on a med to fix my hormones. Sometimes! Not all the time a B-belly is common in those with pcos. But walking on an incline usually helps a lot for me
