right and ppl are turning it into an abortion argument and the reality is that it seems like she really wanted the pregnancy and baby and posted maternity pics and stuff. maybe if we didn’t isolate young pregnant women, she would’ve gotten mental health help for what was clearly a reaction to shock, post-partum psychosis, or grief. she notably was NOT arrested for murder.

through a very traumatic event is too scared to get help. luckily she didn’t need medical help. now her whole life is ruined bc Trump made women too scared to receive medical help

I don’t even think she was far enough along for that. also I believe the arrest was just bc they want to do an autopsy to see if there was foul play or what the fuck ever, it really doesn’t matter.

sure but it’s sad that she did want the baby and people are villainizing her like she purposefully killed her child. she obviously wasn’t in her right mind and nobody would be, and to imply that she didn’t even want her child is so twisted to say to someone grieving

that’s my point. she was scared bc women, under Trump’s America, are villainized for having miscarriages and abortions. she was too scared to get help (which could have been fatal for her) bc women aren’t offered the support they need in this political climate. no one suggested she didn’t want her child. I don’t know her, you don’t know her. point is it really doesn’t matter if she did or didn’t. there should be resources to help her with this and she could feel safe using them.
