As much as I’m pro holding women accountable too I hate when people say “if a man did this you wouldn’t be defending it” to others bc that’s literally not true. Mfs have BEEN mocking women who are victims of men and make jokes/comments in support of him

Exactly. To me it’s really annoying bc 1. In order for a lot of them to work it has to ignore history and 2. A lot of them are things that already happen, like I said in the post people say “if a man did this you wouldn’t defend it” well personally no I wouldn’t either way but let’s not suddenly pretend that men as a whole are held accountable for harm they cause to women. It’s just annoying bc the point could’ve been made without those hypotheticals especially since they usually don’t support
