I need to focus on gaining 10-20 pounds I think I lost a lot of weight cause I feel so malnourished and drained

Some helpful advice if you want it: try eating smaller but more frequent meals throughout the day, or add calories with snacks such as cheese/ fruits between meals! Focus on adding carbs and protein with things like protein shakes, and if none of that works, it might be good to talk to someone in healthcare! Hope you feel better soon :))

I always had a bit of a hard time with meats but i realized medium rare has been better for my body, kpot was a turning point with stand alone meats
