Ever since 2022, I throw up my stomach acid if it’s been too long without eating. But it’s so hard to consistently eat. I ate a meal at 4pm, I later napped 2hrs waking up at 12am, but was too tired to warm my 2nd meal. Then I wake up at 3am so nauseous bc I chose sleep instead of force feeding a burger at midnight🫠
Gastroenterologist ruled out a bunch of things a year or so ago, but never gave me a clear answer. I think I missed a appt to go back to check up😭 I think it’s maybe Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome? I’m aware of specific triggers, like lack of food, sleep, stress/anxiety, traveling, and within/around 48hrs of getting a cold. It is exhausting to manage. I’ve had bad episodes where I throw up non-stop for days, had to go to hospital for IV n meds before. My Ondansetron prescription at least helps now
