a few things i like to do when i can’t sleep: turn on my favorite childhood movie, focus on my breathing, play a little game on my phone to help my mind get quieter, write in my (locked) notes app to help me figure out what i’m actually feeling/how i should get through it, make some chamomile tea, and finally, say fuck it and take a shit ton of melatonin
