Yoga/stretching. Ginger tea. Any kind of herbal or anti inflammatory tea really. Noticing what kinds of foods trigger bloating and either reduce quantity or frequency of consumption. Eating fermented foods to boost gut health (kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, sourdough, kefir/yogurt, etc). Watching your sodium intake. Walking after meals (I mean it!!). Trying to stop eating an hour or two before bed so your body has the chance to digest properly. Reducing alcohol consumption. Etc.

Deadass eating much smaller portions. It used to be everything I ate bloated me, now basically nothing does. Like borderline starvation (BORDERLINE)

Smaller portions can help, yes. Like eating to 80-90% fullness can be a good general rule. But NOT borderline starvation, good god. That can and will backfire on so many levels, physical and mental. Don’t do that.
