Ooooo so good news! Even though a lot of consumer facing sources will talk about implantation bleeding, no study has ever actually found evidence of it, and not for lack of looking! Luteal phase bleeding is a thing and early pregnancy bleeding is a thing, but implantation doesn’t disrupt enough cells to cause bleeding. Bleeding is either not a pregnancy symptom or caused by pregnancy hormonal shifts, which means it will coincide with a positive test. Take one and you’ll know!
