To be fair I never suspected adhd, as I have very very prevalent OCD so it was kinda random. But if you think you might have any mental health condition def bring it up to your doctor whether it’s a psych or a general practitioner!!

After the first page I skipped to the last and she said “oh just answer them in order” and I said the questions on the second page are to hard so I’m going to do them last, yeah def failed… or passed? LMAO

Ahh okay! I don’t have a doctor tbh but like the process for testing as and adult is insane and takes forever

That’s so funny because the last time I went to talk about my suspected ADHD the doctor told me I have OCD 😭

Understandable, depending on your university and your enrollment status you likely have access to a certain amount of free therapy sessions. While they can’t diagnose or prescribe you with anything, they will be able to help you with additional resources!

I’m graduated! My problems really started in the middle of college and then after….
