That really only happens when you take it supplementally! You’ll probably get regular sun poisoning before you get hypervitaminosis from the sun

vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, seizures, and occasionally sudden death from cardiac arrhythmias. high doses of vitamin D are sometimes used in rat poisons
