This I why ya gotta ditch the app. Horrible interface aside, if you use a browser like Brave which has ad block built in, it will remove them.

you can turn off AI now! if you press your profile and go to “refine your recommendations” there’s a genAI tab that lets you turn it off

It doesn’t always work, whenever I look up crochet patterns I still see a ton of slop clickbait 💔 I wish they had an option for undisclosed AI when you report a pin
