My plan was always to move out of the US after graduating. And I didn’t expect it to be easy, but why is the job market so fucked everywhere 😭 on that note:

save up for now and keep looking for jobs abroad, that way it'll be easier in the future to move!

moving abroad and changing your whole life style is a big thing. i highly suggest traveling first to see how life is like outside the US and not just for a couple days, for months. if you’re going to be living there it will be very different. you CAN get a remote job and just live abroad because that is possible

And the job offer I got in the US is kinda average. Roughly $50k starting, but in a small town with limited housing. I could use it to gain more experience and save up, but I really don’t want to stay here 😭😭

I lived and worked (internship) abroad for a couple months which solidified me wanting to move. I’m an education major, so finding (good paying) remote jobs is kinda hard. Most of the options are just tutoring which is inconsistent and a lot of schools don’t count that as “experience” 🙃

Yeah, this sounds like the best route rn. Was also thinking of doing my masters abroad which might make it a little easier to find a job
