during covid i put on cute outfits and looked at myself in the mirror every night and basically just gaslight myself until i believed that i was beautiful. it’s actually very effective

Yay! Good luck omg! My advice is if you have a few setbacks and times where you go back to old habits that’s totally normal and you need to push through those without beating yourself up

thank you! i’ve went through a really hard time recently, stopped doing my skincare, never wake up anymore and do my hair and pick out a cute outfit. i’m ready to get back in those habits :)
