I mean... he got accused of threatening to sexually assault a woman? He seems like a grade-a douchebag by the way he types but if he didn't do what he was accused of AND he got doxxed, she definitely should be sued.

Justice wasn’t served though? Taking down the post doesn’t make up for/fix the harm it caused, both emotionally and with regard to safety/privacy

I changed my viewpoint. I am going to go with ESH, but she does not deserve to get sued. Maybe she was in a bad headspace when she wrote her Facebook post and should consider therapy.

The first thing about the internet is that once it's out there, it never really goes away. Especially if anyone screenshot the information before it went down

It prevents any future users gaining that information, but like the guy said, it was there for hours for people to see/collect. Taking the post down does nothing to rectify that
