The best advice I have is to change your phone to grayscale 🙂↕️ apps work rlly hard to make the colors engage our animalistic brains and graying everything out makes it super boring. Also setting super strict time limits on apps, even if you ignore them (also, always use “ignore for 15 minutes” instead of plain ‘ignore’, so it’ll keep bothering you)
You’re so right. For the past few months, I’ve been trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. Like, my attention span is so low and it’s so difficult for me to retain new information. I’m on my phone 24/7 bc nothing else interests me anymore. This + barely sleeping = disaster. My words get all jumbled up when I’m speaking. Little simple things that were never a problem is ruining me lol
