My depression has been so bad I haven’t done my laundry in a week and have been wearing the same clothes everyday besides underwear and changed socks once

I put off laundry until I have nothing to wear. I ignore alarms until it’s the last minute to get up. I have a messy room. Some days I don’t brush my teeth and I ignore making myself dinner or lunch some days bc lack of will power. One thing that helps me is having a cold snack, and picking one thing to do that day (laundry, room, ect)

I hype myself up like I’m going to plunge into cold water and get it done. Sometimes I set a timer for 2 hours and take an hour break
