you really have to push yourself if you’re trying to date as gen z. so many of us wait on the other person to make a move, just for it to never come because both people are waiting for the other to make the move. it’s easier said than done, but rejection is better than wondering for the rest of your life.

I think a lot of ppl use dating apps now. personally, that’s what I resorted to since I was on the shy side and was tired of dating within my friend circle… the apps can be a love hate relationship but as long as you know how to “pull out the weeds” it works well! I met my bf on hinge and we’ve been dating for over 2 yrs now

Be less shy, takes practice and effort but once you feel more comfortable talking to new people it will be easier to make connections
