I mean my bf is dyslexic and sometimes he doesn’t read things fully and will miss some things but usually responds to them if he catches it later or I just ask him to reread (although this is probs not what you’re dealing with and they’re probs just not caring)

that’s what my bf tends to default to as well but i pointed it out once and he’s been making a conscious effort to not do that ever since and now he’s at a point where he rarely misses stuff :) so to add to what #11 said, if he ain’t even trying, that’s disrespectful imo
