you cannot keep living like this. you have to get out. contact the police, tell his mother, get in touch with domestic violence help line, you have to do something

He’s really good at gaslighting and turning it on me, I hit back and sometimes first because I know what’s about to happen and he will record those moments and use them against me.

I want to go get help with everything in my heart because I’m so sick and tired of feeling like this and having my life ruined but he has shit he can make my life worse w moments he created but it shows only me and him being calm
