i did for the longest time and it really fucked up my brain and it got to the point that i was basically just watching stuff for the shock value of it. since then ive weened myself off and i havent watched porn in almost two years ! it takes time to deprogram. tbh i still read literotica every so often but i keep it to mild content/nothing extreme bc i realized i didnt like being desensitized:-)
