i will if i’m up in time. the good thing abt stimulants though is they aren’t like ssris or other meds where you have to take them daily for them to work. they have a 24 hour cycle more or less so a lot of ppl often skip them a few days a week on purpose

WE have to do this every day. Im not gonna be able to remember to do it every day so other people have to do it as well. And OP needs to start setting alarms for it too so she doesnt miss any more of them
