i heard the full audio of the plane crash and hearing her terror makes my heart wrench so badly. i’m a young woman in the aviation industry and know lots of young women who are pilots literally her age. it’s so upsetting

I’m not in the industry but I was in AFROTC with some of my own learning. She more than likely went too fast and too high with the icing on her wings. Without the lift to match the speed, and added weight from ice, well. It’s a nose dive. I’m sorry for her

Oh yeah. At that point the horizontal stab was probably snapped clean off and made it an absolute missile
