what are we actually meaning when we say dad bod because when ppl say that online they usually just mean average body fat percentage, not chubby/ big belly and skinny fat like most dads are lol

I love dad bods especially if they got a little muscle on em 😫 gym rats are uncomfortable no one wants to cuddle a gym rat.
