Any tips for overcoming an ed? Starts with binge eating and then goes to not eating at all.

My adhd meds ended up taking care of that but if you can eat more with people and at restaurants esp when you’re most likely to binge then that helps I’ve found, also not buying a ton of unhealthy groceries. Like I know if I buy a big thing of ice cream I’m still going to eat most of it in 2 days, so I’ll only get a pint and like a ton of apples and if I have to I just binge the apples

also eat more protein at meal times, it keeps you full. If I eat a meal without protein I’ll crash in a few hours and binge
