Why do people think replacing the burger bun with lettuce makes the burger healthy? The bun is like 20% of the unhealthiness lmao

Just Less calories tbh, I take off the tip bun and use lettuce cause sometimes I feel like it’s not a good bread to meat ratio

Do you fundamentally disagree with the concept of a veggie sandwich since it would be a bad meat to bread ratio

I like a good 1:1 ratio with meat and bread when it comes to sandwiches

I’m vegetarian so my typical ratio is 0:1, unless I’m counting fake meat

see that’s a valid reason, not people randomly deciding gluten or carbs are the devil when their body has no problem with gluten
