The emphasis put on virginity makes no sense to me, when I lost my virginity it’s not like I became a different person or something, I felt exactly the same

Oh. Yeah it’s not a biological reality. The hymen being in tact or not means nothing and idk why society still holds onto those like ancient beliefs from the times they thought the cure to mental illness was to drill holes into peoples heads to help the demons escape 😭 my hymen wasn’t intact and some people are still so uneducated that they think no pain or bleeding makes you a liar about being a virgin

My mom was never overly religious I’m not even baptized and my sister went to a catholic school before we moved she doesn’t have this issue
