I’ve been nicotine free for over 48 hours 🥰 Does anyone have any tips (not like chewing gum or drinking water) to help with cravings?

you’re most likely addicted to the hand-to-mouth movement, try getting snacks like sunflower seeds, peanuts, trail mix, etc. that should mostly satisfy that craving or hand movement feeling. you could also do jolly ranchers and stuff to keep your mouth occupied in the mean time

I did this, too. I got sugar free lollipops to help with the hand-to-mouth movements and would narrow my lips to add a bit of construction to my inhale to replicate a bit more of the sensation.
