so i need genuine opinions bc i said its my landlord but its my POTENTIAL landlord. i have to decide whether to take the opportunity for a SUPER cheap apartment but risk letting this man have the keys & access to it/me🫠 what do we think?

can someone pls tell me if this is an inappropriate way for my landlord to be talking to me: he calls me hun & sweetheart, asked if im looking for a bf, constantly says how hes a "nice guy", said hearing my voice "calms him", said he'll be a "good boy"

Yeah girl don’t do it. And low key see if there’s a way to report his behavior bc that sounds like harassment which in itself is a crime and usually escalates over time protect yourself and other women who might rent from him
